CANCELLATION / SCHEDULING POLICY

We value you and your time and ask that you respect our business policy re: appointment cancellations and appointment no shows. To schedule an appointment we require a credit card on file. We understand time is important to everyone, as it is to us and the reserving of appointment times. There will be a 50% cancellation/no show fee charged to the credit card on file, of the service scheduled for anyone who does not show for a scheduled appointment or does not give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Thank you for understanding that when you do not show for a scheduled appointment or cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment we do not have the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients who are on our waiting list.
